Our traditional Italian focaccias are known for its light, airy texture and crispy,
golden brown crust. Dimpled to create little pockets that catch olive oil and the vast
array of toppings from rosemary, thyme and olives to garlic, vine ripe tomatoes and onions.
It can be savory or slightly sweet, depending on the variations.
