           Today, Gargano Pizza NYC carries on my grandmother's culinary recipes, but with our own spin. Since our conception in 2023, we are dedicated to making pizza that will make you happy to be alive. From our 14”square pies, 12" bar pies and our Sicilian and Grandma pies, our home-made pizzas use only the freshest quality ingredients. Our attention to detail starts with the flour. We use only ‘00’ flour for the perfect light and crispy crust to the sweet and savory whole peeled Italian tomatoes, freshly picked basil and the generous toppings of fresh mozzarella.
